New Budget Full Security Roll Pallet
The Reco Handling Budget Full Security Roll Pallet has been designed for businesses that need dependable stock security without the cost of a premium roll cage. Its fully enclosed construction helps protect goods during storage and transport, making it an excellent choice for high-value or sensitive products moving through busy supply chains.
Manufactured from high-quality steel, the cage features 50 x 50mm mesh panels, three fixed sides, a full-height hinged access gate and a hinged mesh lid to create a secure enclosure. A bright zinc plated finish provides long-lasting protection against corrosion and everyday wear, ensuring reliable performance in demanding commercial environments.
With a 600kg maximum load capacity, this roll pallet is suitable for transporting a wide range of goods safely and efficiently throughout warehouses, manufacturing facilities, retail stockrooms and distribution centres.
A hinged shelf is fitted as standard, positioned approximately 970mm above the base, allowing products to be organised across two levels for improved stock separation.
Heavy-duty nylon castors come fitted as standard, providing excellent durability and smooth manoeuvrability across warehouse floors. Alternative rubber and sandwich castor options are available for applications where reduced operating noise or mixed flooring surfaces are preferred.
Noise-reducing plastic inserts are fitted to all hinges, helping to minimise rattling during everyday use.
